Terms & Conditions – Consultation Appointment

By booking a consultation with DreamFly LK (Pvt) Ltd., you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointment Booking
  • Appointments are available for both Gampaha Office Consultations and Online Consultations. 
  • An appointment is considered confirmed only after the booking has been successfully submitted. 
  • Please provide accurate and valid contact information when making your booking. 
2. Consultation
  • The consultation is intended to provide general guidance regarding study opportunities, universities, admission requirements, visa procedures and estimated costs. 
  • The information provided during the consultation is based on the information available at the time and may change according to university, immigration or government regulations. 
  • A consultation does not guarantee university admission, a student visa, residence permit, scholarship or any other immigration outcome. 
3. Appointment Changes & Cancellation
  • If you are unable to attend your appointment, please inform DreamFly LK as early as possible. (Tel 0332 322 321 Mob/WhatsApp 0714 322 321) 
  • Appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability. 
  • DreamFly LK reserves the right to change or cancel an appointment in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, an alternative appointment may be offered. 
4. Punctuality
  • Clients are requested to attend their appointment on time. 
  • For online consultations, clients should ensure that they have a stable internet connection and a suitable device. 
  • If a client arrives significantly late, the consultation may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability. 
5. Accuracy of Information
  • Clients are responsible for providing truthful and complete information about their educational background, financial circumstances, employment history, immigration history and other relevant matters. 
  • DreamFly LK (Pvt) Ltd is not responsible for problems arising from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information provided by the client. 
6. Visa & Immigration Decisions
  • DreamFly LK (Pvt) Ltd provides consultation and guidance but does not make decisions on behalf of Universities, Embassies, Immigration authorities or other Government institutions. 
  • Final decisions regarding admission, visas and immigration matters are made solely by the relevant university or government/immigration authority. 
7. Personal Information
  • Information provided during the booking and consultation will be handled for the purpose of providing consultation and related services. 
  • Clients agree that DreamFly LK (Pvt) Ltd  may contact them regarding their appointment and relevant consultation services using the contact details provided. 
8. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting this appointment booking, you confirm that:

  • The information you have provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. 
  • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions. 
  • You agree to comply with the appointment and consultation conditions stated above.
